3. Transport and Logistics Services

Access to the airport is provided by municipal buses, taxis, private vehicles and car hire options. Important note: There is no Havaş shuttle service at the airport.

Municipal Bus (Ç8 Line)

The Ç8 line, covering the Nusrat Yurdu, İskele and University routes, is scheduled according to flight times. Route: Sanayi, Esenler, İskele, Atatürk Cd., Cuma Pazarı, Airport, Courthouse, University. Fare (2026 estimate): Full fare 30 TL (a city travel card is required).

Taxi Services and Fares

Taxis operate 24/7 at the exit of the terminals. According to the current 2026 tariffs, the opening fee is 100 TL, 50 TL per kilometre, and the minimum fare (pick-up and drop-off) is 200 TL. Popular routes: Centre-Airport approximately 163 TL, Centre-İskele approximately 100 TL, Centre-Kepez approximately 251 TL.

Parking and Car Hire

  • Parking: A 40-vehicle capacity car park is open 24/7. No fee is charged for vehicles of disabled passengers. 0-1 hour 140 TL, daily (24 hours) 425 TL.
  • Car Hire: There are two rent-a-car offices inside the terminal (AJet and other local/national companies).
