Reservation
Our website does not have an online payment or online booking system. All reservations are made via WhatsApp or phone. Your reservation is confirmed once we approve it.
To make a reservation, simply provide your flight number, date and time, number of passengers, and pick-up and drop-off addresses.
Payment
Payment is made directly to the driver in cash or by card during the service. No online collection is made through our website, and your card details are not stored by us.
Cancellation and Changes
- You may cancel or reschedule your reservation free of charge by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone a reasonable time before the scheduled transfer.
- For cancellations made very close to the transfer time, a vehicle and driver may already have been assigned, so we appreciate your understanding.
- In case of flight delay or cancellation, we track your flight and update the plan together.
Refund
Since payment is taken at the time of service, there is no prepayment or online collection; therefore a refund process generally does not apply. In exceptional cases (for example a disruption caused by us) we will contact you directly to find a solution.
Liability
Our services are provided with the assurance of a TÜRSAB-licensed agency (No: 18028). Except for force majeure (adverse weather, road closures, etc.), we take the utmost care to ensure your transfer takes place safely and on time.
