A unique escape to swim in the most pristine bays of the Aegean, observe wildlife, and spend a day intertwined with nature.
One of the best-preserved natural areas in Turkey, Dilek Peninsula Buyuk Menderes Delta National Park, is located in the town of Guzelcamli, just south of Kusadasi. With its impressive area of 27,675 hectares, it is considered one of the most valuable areas of biological richness not only in the Aegean Region but also in Europe.
The National Park is defined by scientists as an "Open Air Flora and Fauna Museum" thanks to its unique plant diversity bringing together Mediterranean, European, and Caucasian ecosystems. The region is the natural habitat of many rare species such as caracal, lynx, wild boar, and the endangered Mediterranean monk seal. This worldwide biodiversity ensured the park achieved its current protection status in 1994.
Offering visitors four unique bays, hiking and cycling routes, canyon crossings, and natural formations like Zeus Cave, the park is an ideal escape for both peace seekers and adventure lovers. As Destina Transfer, we pick you up from your accommodation in Kusadasi; we provide a safe, comfortable, and completely private journey to the National Park's hidden bays, walking areas, and visiting points.
Dilek Peninsula was officially declared a National Park and the region was taken under protection.
Buyuk Menderes Delta was added to the park, expanding the boundaries and reaching the natural integrity known today.
Defined by the Council of Europe as a "Biogenetic Reserve Area for Flora" and accepted as a reference area for scientific research.
It hosts hundreds of thousands of visitors every year as one of Turkey's most important eco-tourism centers, keeping its natural structure under protection.
